Optimised One Page B2B Checkout Create Account

Summary/Actual Behavior:
The Optimised One Page B2B Checkout Create Account option isn't using the B2B Register Page and is instead showing the standard BC one, it's also showing fields that are set as not visible in B2B. This also only allows B2C Customers to Register not B2B. Either correct the Create Account option to use both the Register page or allow the option to remove the create account and link to the register page.

Your see GP Account Number, this field is set to hidden within the B2B Account Form Fields settings but is showing on under Create Account

Expected Behavior:

The Optimised One Page B2B Checkout Create Account option should use the B2B Register page which integrates both B2C and B2B or allow an option to remove Create Account and link back to the Register page

Steps to Reproduce (Bug Reports Only):

1. Go to Checkout Page
2. Click Create Account
