Add tnsnames.ora options

There are a few options I could use that would make this module much more useful:

CONNECTION_TIMEOUT = 
TRANSPORT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT =
RETRY_COUNT =

These options appear directly after the DESCRIPTION = section and should be easy to implement.
