Unable to see reference genomes

Hi,

This is the same issue as experienced with the exome seq container, I can't see any reference genomes when I launch the container in privileged mode.

bgruening/docker-galaxy-exome-seq#13

Can the same fix be applied to this toolbox?

I'm using the latest version
docker run -d -p 8080:80 --privileged quay.io/bgruening/galaxy-rna-workbench
