Local version doesn't always produce results

Hi, I've noticed that some searches turn up no results on the locally hosted version but do produce results when using the version hosted on your site.

It's not a rate limiting issue because the local version is used rarely and continues to produce successful subsequent results.

Any idea what might be happening?

I have noticed this too. Doesn't seem to be tied to geographic location either.
