Extensions - log when there is a syntax error so csharpier can't format.

For 0.29, we can return that there was a syntax error.
For older versions, it should log more appropriately
"Received response from csharpier in Xms"
"No changes to file, it was ignored, had a syntax error, or was already formatted."
