I removed the installation method via pix and made it clear that it is necessary to install using `python -m pip install briefcase`

Thanks for the suggestion. There's definitely a need for a clearer signpost for how to get started; however, I've reworked the provided text. There's no need to include a paragraph explanation on the correct usage of pip (no matter how correct the advice may be); and ultimately, the real "getting started" guide is "do the tutorial", as there's a lot of other system configuration and usage instructions that are required.
