User signs up and tag to be a Mentee

This include tagging user for identification. Can be done since the welcome onboarding (/welcome) or the account settings (/settings/tags).

To make this better, there are some renames:

• from /register to /signup
• from /logout to /signout

But older routes need to redirect.
