Support sly as alternative of slime in prelude-common-lisp module

Currently, with the already defined prelude-common-lisp package, it is a bit cumbersome to replace with sly. It would be nice if we could a var prelude-common-lisp-sly when enabled setup sly in favor of slime.

Yeah, that would be easy to do. Perhaps it would be better to actually have a variable prelude-common-lisp-ide that's slime by default. Or we can have a different module prelude-common-lisp-sly. I'd be open to all those approaches.

Yes, I agree. prelude-common-lisp-ide is a better name, which allow be extended with other providers later beyond slime and sly.

I think this is good enough as well, I though about that earlier. That should only be implemented with care because sly has conflicts with slime, so prelude-common-lisp and prelude-common-lisp-sly should mutually exclusive. Somehow I think creating the custom var prelude-common-lisp-ide it may be a safer approach around this.
