This removes the need for the libusb dependency added by https://github.com/google/gousb, and also greatly simplifies the HID/USB split in the existing code (as the karalabe library exposes a common interface for both).
This allows us to bring back much of the original
hub.gofrom the go-ethereum library, which should make this easier to upstream eventually.
