Add EIP-712 typed data and EIP-191 support

Currently this tool only supports EIP-712 data hash signatures.

This PR:

• adds support for typed data structures, as defined in EIP-712
• adds support for signing personal messages (version 0x45 in EIP-191)
• switches the usbwallet package for https://github.com/mdehoog/usbwallet, which supports newer Trezor devices, and typed data signatures
