Thanks for raising the request, adding a new (SQLGlot supported) sql dialect is actually quite easy,

This is an example of how I implemented trino: 2d75215

Basically what I did;

• add dialect to SUPPORTED_ADAPTERS
• create some test data (catalog.json + manifest.json) using this example dbt project https://github.com/b-ned/jaffle-shop-colibri
• add this test data into the repo
• check if everything (all the edgecases from that jaffle shop project) works as expected
