Translate the existing README content into natural, clear Persian
Follow the structure and formatting conventions of the existing localized READMEs
Add 馃嚠馃嚪 to the language links in the main README.md
Preserve code blocks, commands, links, badges, and Markdown structure
Persian is written right-to-left, so the translation should also maintain good readability and natural Persian terminology.
This would make the project more accessible to Persian-speaking developers and add another language to the existing localization set.
