Describe the bug
When deployment maps contain completion triggers (e.g. to other pipelines) the description of the EventBridge Rules is not correctly parsed and it shows variables placeholders
Expected Behavior
EventBridge Rule description looking like this
'Triggers MyDownStramPipeline on completion of MyUpStreamPipeline'
Current Behavior
EventBridge Rule description is
'Triggers {pipeline} on completion of {params['pipeline']}'
