Long property names cause customize style dialog to scroll

A long property name for the display name or description will cause the select to resize and therefore the content of the dialog resizes and scrolls within the container.

Potential solutions

The display name and display description selects should be stacked vertically.

This is also an opportunity to redo this dialog to use the standard layout for labels.
