openai's max_tokens deprecated, now it use max_completion_tokens

Hi,

We use br connector endpoint as openai compatiable api for Cline (Claude Dev), and we found that it always cutoff at 1k output.
I looked at the code that, it might be caused by "openai's max_tokens deprecated, now it use max_completion_tokens"
Can you please help to change accordingly

Cline will not upload the max_tokens parameter. If this parameter is not provided, it used to default to 1024 previously.
Now, it can be configured based on different models.
