Add documentation and guide for Logs Receiver/Exporter to CloudWatch Logs, OpenSearch, etc

The official OTEL documentation at https://aws-otel.github.io/docs doesn't have reference or guidance on how to use OTEL collector to receive Logs and export them to services like CloudWatch Logs or OpenSearch

The announcement mention this capability Logs support now available in AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry
and digging deeper into GitHub the upstream OpenTelemetry Contrib has some example. But, the official documentation page does not have any reference and guidance.
