Summary

• Remove the Mac menu-bar double-click action that opened ChatGPT.
• Open or close the usage popup immediately on a single click. Keep the explicit Open ChatGPT control inside the popup.
• Bump VERSION to 1.0.32 for the next Mac and Windows release.

Validation

• Isolated Mac QA build: double-click did not bring ChatGPT forward; single-click opened the popup with Open ChatGPT present.
• macOS xcodebuild test: 41 passed, 0 failed, built with version 1.0.32.
• Mac updater helper: replace/restart and failed-launch rollback passed.
• Windows updater suite: 32 checks passed in the existing ATEK-MICRO isolated checkout. Windows source is unchanged by this PR; CI will build the exact PR head on Windows.
• git diff --check passed. Focused local code/security review found no issues.
