Automatic build and testing routines

Dear @arton ,

it is a good practice to have continuous automatic builds for all intended platforms in a project.
If you are interested in we could implement such a solution (e.g. with Travis CI and AppVeyor) including the following points:

1. automatic builds on Windows, MacOS, Linux based OSes with different Ruby and JVM versions;
2. some regular autobuild (e.g. once a week) to test possible third-party dependency breaks;
3. crossplatform compilation and gem authoring using rake-compiler.

Please let me know which steps could be of interest, I can implement them :)

Thank you for your proposal.

1. It sounds good for me.
2. Currently, for me, Rjb is long stable phase (= no frequently update). I think it does not need regular autobuild..
3. I'm not interest it. However, it sounds good.
