AnalysisRun failed events should contain their failure reason #2741

Summary
Allow analysis-run failures to provide more information at a glance.
Use Cases
When an analysis run fails, it can be difficult to find out why when the most readily available error status reads something like failed (1) > failureLimit (0). Just like how analysis-run errors contain their cause, I'd like to see failures contain their cause. Perhaps in the case of the datadog metrics provider, Result (0.95) did not match Expression (Result < 0.05).
