Semver for CRD change

Previously, I was able to install the Helm chart using Terraform + ArgoCD. But since the latest patch bump, the CRDs were unexpectedly removed in a patch update. That led to my systems RBAC becoming non functional.

Would it be possible to ensure refactors effecting install are provided with a major version bump? The structural move, although sound, does change the way end users will install your package. The behaviour was a bit unexpected hence the ask 🙏
