I added Arm Ampere One and Arm Ampere One X support. The targets were named
ampere1andampere1ajust as they called in GCC.I have followed https://amperecomputing.com/tutorials/gcc-guide-ampere-processors for compilers flags for GCC and LLVM.
The cpuinfo for Arm Ampere One X is taken from AmpereOne A192-32X system and Arm Ampere One from
and https://github.com/hrw/arm-socs-table/blob/main/cpuinfo-data/ampere-ampereone to get cpuinfo.
I have used it within spack seems to work properly.
