What kind of change does this PR introduce?
This PR adds new feature to speed up the
setup.shandsetup.ps1scripts by pulling prebuilt Docker images from Docker Hub instead of building them locally.Why was this change needed?
Fixes 🚀 Feature: Speed up .setup.sh and setup.ps1 scripts by loading containers from docker hub #1913
Building images locally was time-consuming. Pulling from Docker Hub significantly reduces setup time.
