Ruby 2.0 Support

When using Ruby 2.0 features like keyword parameters, Aptana reports errors in the editor, e.g.

```
def method(param: "foo")
end
```

... yields "syntax error, unexpected tLABEL".

Could the parser be updated to support Ruby 2.0?
