Bug: Auth bento card password animation flickers on rapid hover

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to appwrite.io
2. Find the Auth bento card on the homepage
3. On desktop, hover over the card
4. Before the dots finish typing, quickly move the cursor out
5. Repeat this rapidly several times

👍 Expected behavior

The password dots should animate smoothly in and out, regardless of how fast the user hovers.

👎 Actual Behavior

The dots flicker and jump erratically. Sometimes they jump to a longer length before erasing, or both increase and decrease at the same time.
