This PR adds support for guided path tracing and adds all related render settings.
It is dependent on Path guiding (Google Summer of Code Project) #2656 which has not yet been merged into appleseed-master!
All path guiding related settings are arranged in a new
Guided Path Tracingmenu. The standard path tracing settings are honoured.Settings and layout are not final and will change most likely, depending on modifications to the path guiding code and user feedback.
