Motivation: One of the SelectorTests used an `@unchecked Sendable` box which did runtime checking of the `EventLoop`. We have a type for this already, it's called `NIOLoopBoundBox`, we should use it. Modifications: - Replace `Box` with `NIOLoopBoundBox` Result: Fewer `@unchecked Sendable`s
