Support Seata AT integration under Proxy Native in GraalVM Native Image

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Support Seata AT integration under Proxy Native in GraalVM Native Image.
• Add org.apache.seata.config.ConfigurationFactory#reload() to the lifecycle of Seata integration according to the discussion at Seata Client should allow dynamic monitoring of changes in service.default.grouplist incubator-seata#7039 .
• Also fixes Does Shardingsphere-proxy currently support integration with Seata? #33791 . Add doc for using Seata AT integration with ShardingSphere Proxy and ShardingSphere Proxy Native.
• Bump the version of https://github.com/linghengqian/hive-server2-jdbc-driver used for nativeTest. The original Apache Hive issue is mired in huge controversy.
