Link to "Log4j Jakarta EE" is broken

As of now (2026-01-06 19:50), the link under "Related projects" to "Log4j Jakarta EE" is broken.

It links to https://logging.apache.org/log4j/jakarta/index.html but this page does not exists.

@Bukama, that is sadly true, and known.

The Log4j Jakarta EE project depends on Log4j 3. Since Log4j 3 is not released (i.e., GA) yet, we could not release the former project either. Nevertheless, its staging website is active.

Feel free to submit a PR removing this line.
