It is time for a new release. Here is the CHANGELOG.
What changes are included in this PR?
update_datafusion_versionscript, although it looks like this script is not really needed now that most crate versions are in the rootCargo.tomlfilecargo updatein root and indatafusion-cli./dev/release/generate-changelog.py apache/datafusion 37.1.0 HEAD > dev/changelog/38.0.0.mdand did the manual fix up of the generated file and added link to main changelog fileAre these changes tested?
Cargo test passes locally.
Are there any user-facing changes?
