#42274 had to stop at 0.4.7 due to astral-sh/uv#7680 (a regression of astral-sh/uv#4136 / astral-sh/uv#4149).
Now that astral-sh/uv#7683 is merged and released in 0.4.17, we should be able to upgrade again.
