Summary

This PR adds a new skill for using SAP's open source SAP-RPT-1-OSS tabular foundation model for predictive analytics on SAP business data.

What is SAP-RPT-1-OSS?

SAP-RPT-1-OSS is SAP's open source (Apache 2.0) tabular foundation model released at SAP Event TechEd 2025. It's designed for predictions on structured business data using in-context learning -no model training required. Highly demanded Tabular model for Enterprises.

Hi maintainers — this PR #181 has been open for a few days and has community interest (referenced in several daily digests). It currently has one approval, but from a reviewer without write access , so merging is blocked.

Would appreciate it if someone with write/merge permissions could review and approve. I'm responsive to any feedback or changes needed.
