Include in manifest, MCP standard compliance version. #105
Description
It would be usefull to include in the manifest a mandatory value that declares the MCP server standard compliance level. This will allow enterprises to filter out servers that do not compliy with a minimum standard value. Example we don't anything with a standard less than 2025-06-18 running in our organization.
