`nr` command will overrride windows terminal title.

Describe the bug

run pnpm run dev the windows terminal title not changed
while run nr dev the windows terminal title change to c:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe just as the video shows below,when there are lots of tabs we have to click on the tab to see the pwd path
