it the path is literally D:\First%20Second, opencode will see it as "D:\First Second " which is another folder :(

This issue might be a duplicate of an existing issue. Please check:

• PatchTool: percent-encoded paths (file paths with spaces) trigger ENOENT #787: PatchTool: percent-encoded paths (file paths with spaces) trigger ENOENT — same core problem where paths with URL percent-encoding (e.g. %20) are not decoded before filesystem access, causing the wrong path to be used.

Note that #787 is closed, so this may be a regression or a related but distinct case on Windows.
