I've updated the extension to valid ES6 so that it works with the newest version of Gnome Shell. Unfortunately this means that it's not backwards compatible with earlier versions of Gnome Shell. I see that you are no longer maintaining this extension or the similar output switcher extension. Since I've been using this extension successfully for a few years I would be willing to take over maintenance of it similar to how adaxi is now maintaining the output switcher extension.
