Battery stress test logged

On purchasing a laptop id like to have written log

1. How long all batteries last under same light load stress test.

2. Battery health

3. Noise levels via fan rpm

4. Heat levels

Describe the solution you'd like

An option that

1. Runs standardised stress test on all laptops

2. Logs how long it takes to reach down to 1% in battery level. (Including t480 which will use 2 batteries one after other)

3. Log average and highest temp % of time temp over X. eg. 60 CELCIUS

4. Same with fan to measure average and max noise via rpm + % time over X. EG 2000 RPM
