docs: Rename this repo to all-contributors.github.io to support github pages

The (landing page only) of the website is now online here 🎉

The docs are partially working here -- I can fix that next and will open a new issue about it but first I want us to chat about the baseurl.

If we want the native url to be all-contributors.github.io, then we have to rename this repo to be all-contributors.github.io and GitHub pages will recognize it as "home". Are you all comfortable with my renaming the repo to support a simpler home url?

NOTE: If we get access to the domain allcontributors.org we can easily reroute that to this repo in the future. I have removed that setup for the time being until we have access to the DNS settings.
