This adds a script to help with releases.

  • Asks for the new version number
  • Compiles a list of PRs since the last tagged release
  • Creates a changelog entry and release notes
  • Opens a github release page and puts the release notes in your clipboard

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 77.66% when pulling ecdc813 on feature/release-script into 11a44d8 on master.
