This PR adds rendering the sub-subcommands from
algolia index configandalgolia dictionary {settings,entries}correctly.This PR also corrects the numbering of the commands in the reference, so that they appear alphabetically, like in the terminal.
The actual rendering of the YAML will be done in the documentation repo.
