Arrow Down key should open combobox popup

Description

Pressing ArrowDown ↓ key should open combobox popup.

Reproduction

Steps

1. Go to https://www.algolia.com/doc/ui-libraries/autocomplete/introduction/what-is-autocomplete/ and place cursor in first autocomplete.
2. Press Escape to close the popup.
3. Press Arrow Down ↓ to open the popup.
4. Combobox stays closed.

Expected behavior

Pressing Arrow Down should open the combobox. Also see here
