Animation doesn't run for morphable paths in some cases

Reproduce:

1. Open 'morphing digits' demo.
2. Select 'futura_one" and "futura_eight".
3. Then select 'futura_two' instead of 'futura_one'.
4. Click play.

The animation does not run...
