This Snyk pull request upgrades urllib3 to fix a security vulnerability by pinning it in requirements.txt. This is a good change. However, this project is also a distributable package. To ensure the fix applies to users installing the package (e.g., from PyPI), the urllib3 dependency should also be added to install_requires in setup.py. Without this, users installing the package will remain vulnerable. I've also suggested a stricter version pin in requirements.txt for better reproducibility.

For more reproducible builds and to prevent unexpected updates, it's better to pin the exact version using ==. This prevents accidental upgrades to newer versions that might introduce breaking changes.
Also, please consider adding a newline at the end of the file, as it's a standard convention for text files.
