Usable fuel in aircraft performance

Get fuel capacity of aircraft from simulator when collecting and allow user to edit usable fuel.
Display max range in report based on these numbers.
Show warning if block fuel exceeds fuel number.
Default is null and is ignored in LNM.

While at it:

• Add minimum runay
• Add runway surface

Needed for #187

Done. Except automatic detection of usable fuel which is not doable. Has to be added manually.
