What is the motivation for this PR?
How did you do it?
Modified add-topo.yml, remove-topo.yml, main.yml in ansible/roles/vm_set/tasks/ to create and bind IxANVL container in a PTF32 topology with SONIC-VS DUT.
Also fixed one issue in ansible/roles/vm_set/library/vm_topology.py so that PTF32 topology can be rightly bind.

Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?
