Spectator camera gives "too much recursion" error

Description:
Entering VR with a spectator camera in the scene throws a "too much recursion" exception.

Adding a camera

• A-Frame Version:1,0.4
  Platform / Device: Firefox/Windows
• Reproducible Code Snippet or URL:

You can use master builds. A working example on Firefox. Notice that mirroring / spectator camera is only avaliable over WebVR (only Firefox at the moment). Not available on any other browsers
