How to interpret scenic plus results

When looking at the output from "scplus_mdata.uns["direct_e_regulon_metadata"]", how do I determine based on the numbers what constitutes a biologically relevant triplet? And are there recommended cutoffs for importance scores and triplet rankings to exclude biologically irrelevant triplets from eReglons?
