Running scenicplus without internet connection

Hi!

I understand that running scenicplus requires internet as this parameter biomart_host: Biomart host to use for downloading genome annotations, is part of the snakemake file. I was wondering if it's possible to run scenicplus without internet connection? Our server restricts internet access.
