Closes

missing/incorrect release page links
different chevron treatment for going up a level
add releases to search and sort them in a meaningful way

fixed a horizontal scroll bar that was on many code platters when unnecessary

Definitely better, but the large Releases link is pretty heavy. Maybe a design similar to Github's would be better:
