The following changes were made to have the code work with the thermal printer...

• Updated to python3 --> calls in main.py ; updated to xrange in sudoku-gfx.py
• Updated Adafruit_Thermal.py image open code due to errors
• Created a new forecast.py using the National Weather Service API as dark sky is being shutdown

Additionally, updated main.py to only print out the sudoku puzzle on the weekends.

We don't have a twitter account, so just commented that code out - may still have issues.
