Fix esp32 max3421e

• this may help with MAX3421E examples won't compile for esp32 #507 . Only enable CFG_TUD_ENANBLED with esp with CONFIG_USB_OTG_SUPPORTED=1
• also add feather_esp32_v2 to the ci pool
